AccèsD Internet makes managing your personal finances easy. The service is secure and available at any time from anywhere in the world. Use it for all your transactions: check your account balances, pay bills, transfer funds between your accounts or to other Desjardins members, view statements of account, apply for loans or make investments, etc.

Online Services or Services Provided on site by an Agent (Phase No. 1)

  • Open an account (with or without power of attorney)

On Phase No. 2, we will be able to give on site, in Nunavik, otherservices such as counselling on investments, retirement savings, personal loans, mortgages, etc.

 

Services to Businesses, Institutions and Non-profit Organizations

Services on site (Inuktitut, and French or English):

  • Open an account and activate AccèsD Affaires
  • Make specialised transactions with CECOSOL
  • Make online transactions all over Nunavik, in any of our offices, as soon as they open in each community
  • Receive deposit in one’s account

After one’s account is opened, all Desjardins services become available:

  • by telephone, in French or in English, through:
    • Desjardins Business Customer Service for all online support,
    • Caisse d’économie solidaire Desjardins for the services of a credit officer or a financial planer,

      • instant fund transfer into the account of another Desjardins caisse member, international funds transfers,
      • account information, free annual bank confirmation,
      • direct deposit to supplier and employee accounts,direct withdrawal from client accounts; to receive their money from any sources by direct deposit; no line up nor mail delay,
      • save money on transaction fees with a fixed-rate monthly plan determined by your business volume,

      • VISA Business Card and other facilities for business financing, up to $50 000,
